So June is almost over, finally! This month has been interesting, troubling, heartbreaking and joyous. June started quietly with me working. Unfortunately, my work requires travel and I do not like traveling alone if I can avoid it. I met some really interesting people in Dallas. Most of the women I trained had very lonely troubled lives but they were determined to make a change for the better. I hope I was able to help them.

Troubling part of June came without any warning. My business partner quit on me. He inherited some money and decided to take time off semi permanently. Not good for me because I will have a hard time replacing him. (Still haven't)

The saddest part of June was the death of a good friend. He was way too young to be taken. His wife, our whole circle of friends is forever changed. Still can't talk about it much, the loss is still too fresh.

I was lucky enough to experience real joy recently. My bff is coming for 2 whole weeks! I'm so fucking excited. Just a few more days and we'll be together. With the shitty economy she hasn't been able to visit since she lives so far away :( Doesn't matter now though, she'll be here Wednesday!
