Adendem!
Last night. Words cannot describe.
Long story short, you know it was a good night when you hiccup, and taste coffee, cigarettes, and watermellon lube.
I'll leave it at that, and let your minds wander where they will. ;]
I don't even have words. I just saw a girl I haven't seen or heard from for a year in a half. Here I am, sipping on my coffee, and I see her walk past the window and sit down.
My heart fucking stopped.
Then raced so hard I couldn't even think straight.
I shit you not, I got dizzy.
I went outside, said 'hi' in a tentative way, and she looked around, saw me, and smiled. We went on a walk, talked, caught up...
My life just got so, SO much better.
I'm still shaking.

There's a very real possibility that I might loose my job in a couple weeks.
The friend who is my biggest musical inspiration is moving to New York in a couple weeks.
My best friend, my only remaining good influence, is leaving for a two year long mission trip in a couple weeks.
Last but not least, I'll be seeing my friend Ashley off as she moves to Georgia in a couple weeks.
I'm going to be...so utterly alone.

I ordered a Toddy for the first time at the coffee shop Cornerstone the other day. By way of reference, that's their most caffeinated drink. Something to do with cold brewing, I think. I ordered a 16 oz with an extra shot. That would have been fine with me, given my high tolerance for caffeine, except the barista made a bunch extra. She handed me a 12 oz cup in addition, saying, "I don't see any sense in throwing this away, so you can have it, on the house.”
So I sat down, drank 28 oz of their strongest drink, which had been made even stronger under my direction.
When it all kicked in…

Well well.
Loves, I'm sorry my replies have been so touch and go lately.
I'm in the process of what one might call a 'digital move.'
See, a few days ago I caved in and blasted a ton of
money on a delightfully fast laptop, which I should be
expecting in the mail around this Friday or so. For the
first time since...well..
own computer, all to myself. No sharing, passing, logging
in and logging out for other people.
However, I have what many would qualify as an 'ass-ton'
of files on the shared computer, and this week will be
dedicated to organizing and preparing the files for transfer.
Hoorah! Tedious menial labor!
So, you shall see little of me for the time being, but rest assured,
I'll soon be back, and in greater numbers.
