DJ Most people ASK for people to take pictures of them and their children due to the fact that they are unable to thus the pictures become the property of the original photographer NOT the subjects in the photos. As if you think about it though people may have those pictures, they still belong to the photographer as it was his/her shot. To put it another way, any professional photos I have do not belong to me though I have the ability to use them as I paid for them the original photographer still has the proofs of the photos.

Kitty permission cannot be revoked from a picture that was taken by another person, nor can it be revoked from Ultiem for the picture he created, though as it is now down I do not see the big deal. Also he did not have to ask permission to take the pictures as they were requested of him THUS they belong to Ultiem as he is the original photographer. For him to request the pictures he took be removed is a valid request, as you have pictures that you have taken of Atreau that I have seen, so why not use those pictures?
Oh AND like stated above to DJ the pictures belong to the original photographer (in this case Ultiem regardless of subjects in the photos) (Also if I'm not mistaken Martin told you the exact same thing)
